3.1. For Off the Shelf Products:

• 3.1.1. We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy for off the shelf products from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• 3.1.2. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges may apply, unless the return/exchange is due to our error.
• 3.1.3. Refunds for returned products will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges.

3.2. For Custom Made Products:

• 3.2.1. Custom made products, including personalized or made-to-order items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. We take great care to ensure the quality of our custom made products, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on customer preferences or errors made during the customization process.
• 3.2.2. If you receive a defective or damaged custom made product, please contact our customer service team immediately, providing detailed information and supporting evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
